Local 2515 has been servicing New Mexico communities since 1973. We represent over 1,000 workers at Holloman AFB, Cannon AFB, White Sands Test Facility and Missile Range, and RATSCAT & RAMS. Our members represent some of the most highly skilled crafts of any industry, and we are proud of them.

Our mission is to reach every working person, and their family, and help them achieve their goals through education and united activity. We believe that together we can gain fairness, growth and prosperity on a level that far exceeds what could be achieved alone.

We are part of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. The IAM was founded in 1888, making us one of the oldest labor organizations in the world. We represent over 800,000 workers, from nearly every industry and trade. We have members in all 50 states of the USA, 10 provinces in Canada, the Panama Canal and Guam. At present, we are the only industrial union that is increasing in size.

The IAM is a member of the AFL-CIO; the Canadian Labour Congress; Railway Labor Executives Association; International Metalworkers Federation; and the International Transportation Workers Federation.
