NEGOTIATIONS

We are still in negotiations with Kratos for a first contract.  This company continues to stall on getting a fair contract for the Kratos employees.  Although we continue to make slow progress the big issues of Wages and Union security are still open.  The members resolve is strong and is growing as we speak. 

We are not asking for anything unreasonable in this contract and the Company knows this.  They do however continue to drag their feet on settling on a decent contract proposal.  We show up ready to negotiate and they say they are ready, but when the ball is in their court they show up and leave us setting for hours while they work on their proposals. 

They say they care about their people, but fight all attempts to get the employees a fair contract that is fair to all.  Thanks to the Kratos negotiators for their hard work and continued efforts to achieve a fair contract for all represented employees.
